- The lifetime of the link will be set at 72 hours. This means that you must download the digital product via the link within 72 hours of making the purchase.
i) Should you require more time to download the link, please contact us prior to making the payment and we will make the necessary adjustments to the lifetime of the link.
ii) If you fail to download the digital product using the link, please contact us, and we will endeavour to find an alternative method for delivering the digital product to you (e.g. via email).
2. You will have a limit of 3 attempts to download your digital product per purchase.
i) Should you fail to download the digital product within 3 attempts, please contact us and we will endeavour to find an alternative method for delivering the digital product to you (e.g. via email).
3. Please ensure that you are using up-to-date systems and fully functioning technological devices when you download digital products from this website. We take no responsibility for failed downloads or poorly functioning digital products if the reason for this is down to the improper/poor functioning of the customer’s systems and/or technological devices or any other issues at your end.
9. Risk and Title.
- i. Risk of damage to, or loss of, any goods will pass on to you when the goods are delivered to you.
- ii. The digital products you purchase are protected by copyright. When you purchase a digital product from us you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to hold the digital product on your digital devices and use it for your own personal use. The licence granted to you does not give you any rights to the content (including any material that we may licence from third parties to produce the content).
- iii. You may print the digital products, but only enough copies necessary for your own personal use.
- iv. You may not copy, rent, sell, publish, republish, share, broadcast, or otherwise transmit the digital product (or any part of it) or make it available to the public except as permitted under the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 (Chapter 3 ‘Acts Permitted in Relation to Copyright Works’. 10. Returns policy.
- i. We do not process refunds for digital products when the customer has already attempted to download the product.
- As a consumer, you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period within which you can cancel the order and request a full refund for any reason, including if you have changed your mind. The period begins once we have sent you the order confirmation email and ends when you attempt to download the digital product, or 14 calendar days after the date of our order confirmation, whichever occurs first.
- ii. By law, we must provide digital products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a digital product available through the website does not meet these standards, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible to inform us of the problem. Your available remedies will be as follows:

- Refunds will be processed no later than 14 calendar days from the the day on which you inform us that you have made a purchase in error and would like a refund.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when purchasing your digital product/s.
11. Complaints procedure.
- i. genuine-english.com prides itself of delivering fantastic products at a fair price. If you are dissatisfied with the product/s you have received for any reason, please write your complaint to hello@genuine-english.com . We will respond to your complaint within 72 hours and try our best to come to an agreement on how best to proceed.
