It is important to note that once you have received a booking confirmation email, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. This means that if you cancel a lesson within 24 hours of the lesson start time, the full lesson fee will be charged whether you attend the class or not. This is necessary because your teacher will have no way of filling that missed lesson slot at such short notice. We strictly adhere to this procedure out of respect for our teacher's commitment to preparing lessons and allocating time for lessons in their schedules.
If you cannot arrange a lesson with your teacher during your class with them, please send us your availability via email so that we can communicate with you to arrange your next lesson. Agreed lesson dates/times are only confirmed when you have received a booking confirmation from an email address ending in @genunine-english.com .
